⚠️ Free revisions are only available during the sketch stage.●3. FILE DELIVERY
➥ PNG with transparent background and a version with background (for fully finished artworks). Sketch-style commissions must specifically request the transparent PNG version in advance.➥The original PSD (or source file) will not be provided. Only the final exported files are delivered.➥ Delivery will be confirmed via message or email with the file properly attached.⚠️ I am not responsible for storing the file after delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to keep their copy.⚠️ I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolios, as well as WIPs. If confidentiality is required, we can reach an agreement to protect the client’s privacy.⚠️ References are required to proceed with the commission.
●4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS➥ All content created by me is protected by copyright under applicable copyright laws.➥ The client is granted the right to personal and non-commercial use of the delivered artwork, unless otherwise agreed in advance.➥ For commercial use (sales, merchandising, products, etc.), an additional agreement and payment of a commercial license are required, formalized in writing.⚠️ Resale, redistribution, or partial copying without authorization is prohibited.
➥ I retain the moral right to be credited as the author and to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media, even if the artwork is used commercially.
● 5. QUEUE TIME➥ The waiting time to start your commission varies, typically from 2 weeks to 5 months, depending on the queue length.
You can track the queue in real time through Trello.> TRELLO● 6. PRODUCTION TIME
➥ Once your commission is started, completion time is generally 5 to 20 days.
Larger or more complex pieces may take longer.➥ This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Many pieces may be finished sooner, but extra time is allowed for unforeseen circumstances.

● 8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS➥ The client may request a cancellation and full refund only if the work has not yet begun.
➥ Once a sketch or any stage of the artwork has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
➥ Because this is a digital service, all sales are final once work has started.● 9. ADOPTABLES➥ Because adoptables are unique digital products (original designs), refunds are only available before the file has been delivered, downloaded, or used in any way.
Once the design has been delivered, downloaded, or used, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
LIMITED RESALE RIGHTS➥ The client is allowed to resell or transfer the design if they decide not to use it anymore.
➥ The client is strictly prohibited from claiming authorship of the artwork or design.
➥ All copyrights and author rights remain with the original artist.
➥ This permission applies only to the resale or transfer of the original design.
It does not allow modifications, redesigns, or any additional commercial use without prior written agreement and the purchase of a commercial license.
